  • EPA494 documents relate to the Eraring power stations missing data sets for required pollution monitoring/reporting, and a licence breach.
  • EPA495 documents relate to the Vales Point power stations missing data sets for required pollution monitoring/reporting, licence breaches identifed by the EPA and the results of Ambient Water Quality monitoring.
  • OEH19-513 documents relate to the PFAS Investigation Study, and the dietary Risk Assessment conducted by OEH, which found high concentrations of heavy metals in the biological samples from Lake Macquarie.
  • EPA499 documents relating to the Vales Point power stations 'Ash Dam Seepage Investigation' carried out by the EPA are being witheld from the HCEC. The deadline has been extended multiple times, documents are expected March 29th.
